Important Information:

All presenters (including invited speakers) must register by 17 April 2026 in order to be included in the conference program.

All student registrations will be allocated to the student stream of the program.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars.

GST will be added to the registration fees at checkout.

Visa Requirements:

All participants are responsible for ensuring they obtain the correct visa prior to travel.

Most participants should be able to apply for a visitor visa (such as the Business Visitor stream or eVisitor) but please confirm the appropriate visa for your circumstances using the Australian Government Visa Finder.

Visa processing times vary. Participants are strongly advised to apply as early as possible, and ideally no later than 2–3 months prior to travel.

Please note, in most cases, a formal invitation letter is not required for these visas. Your registration confirmation and tax invoice are typically sufficient documentation.
